Nana Boakye Mensah-Bonsu is currently a pupil at Sory @ Law.
Nana Boakye attended the University of Ghana, School of law where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2017. He then enrolled at the Ghana School of Law for his professional certificate as a Barrister and Solicitor. He was called to the Ghanaian bar on the 4th day of October, 2019.
Prior to his call to the bar, he served as a legal researcher for Sory @ Law from November, 2018 up until September, 2019. During this period, he worked on varied matters ranging from commercial matters to quasi-criminal matters. He seeks to develop a career in commercial practice and litigation.
Prior to his engagement at Sory @ Law, NBMB participated in many natural resource-based research teams and workshops focused on mining and resource law in Ghana. Notably amongst these teams are; Legal Research Team member for the African Mining and Legislation Atlas (A-MLA) and the Natural Resource Governance Institution- Anglophone Africa Regional Extractive Industries Knowledge Hub Summer School 2018 (OIL, GAS AND MINING GOVERNANCE).
